A founding director of the UK’s first fully integrated agency, Pete has 30 years’ experience in creative industries on both sides of the Atlantic. With over 100 industry awards in advertising, digital, brand & design, he was previously executive creative director in New York, and is one of the UK’s most experienced creative professionals. He has spoken on creativity at the Edinburgh International Festival and the RSA in London.

Lou began her career in film. She was Senior Editor at a leading film studio before switching roles to project management. She has produced work for major UK and global businesses such as Aviva, CFA Institute, Moet Hennessy, Scottish Widows, SSE and Seafish. Her role includes ensuring excellent production values and on-budget delivery. Lou has won awards for the films she has produced and is especially proud of the global “Best of Health’ film award for NHS Education.

Creative Direction

Ross is a Designer and Art Director with over a decade of industry experience. During that time he has worked on such varied clients as RBS, Land Rover, Lloyds banking group, KLM, Visit Scotland, Toshiba and Chewits at agencies in Edinburgh and London. Ross can turn his hand to branding, packaging, digital and advertising and is well versed in experiential design and animation. When he’s not crafting campaigns or dazzling with design, he can be found flicking through crates of vinyl at his local record shop or riding around town on vintage Italian scooters.

Art Direction

Brodie took a roundabout journey to advertising. He originally studied fine art at Duncan of Jordanstone and then went on to try his hand at illustration, curation and even a spell as a tattoo apprentice. Once he discovered the Creative Advertising Masters course at Edinburgh Napier he fell in love. Three months into the course he won the DMA Breakthrough award. He loves exciting, unexpected work with a strong sense of fun.

Organisational Development

Mary has worked in both the private and public sectors with roles as a marketing, project or change manager. Her marketing experience in the drinks and finance sectors, and project and business change experience in the public sector, give her wide-ranging capabilities. She has worked on major transformation and innovation projects from customer first and digital services to business improvement and property rationalisation, all including a focus on people and culture change.

Gavin started dabbling in music journalism after graduating in Journalism and Politics from the University of Strathclyde. However, after reading Dave Trott’s ‘Creative Mischief’ he shifted his focus from bands to brands and now aims to use his powers of persuasion to give businesses an unfair advantage over their competition. When he’s not wrangling with words, he wrangles with guitar strings, reads and plays tennis.

Creative Content

Andras is a restlessly curious writer with a knack for innovative language. He hails from Hungary, holds degrees in literature, classical music, and marketing, and enjoys taking on challenges of all nature. When not feverishly typing on his Mac or keeping his finger on the global pulse, he can be found scaling walls at the local rock-climbing gym or exploring boulders outdoors.

Having worked in advertising, account management and production, Sam brings over twenty years of invaluable experience and communication expertise to the table. Her indispensable role can be best described as the traffic controller in the agency’s hub-and-spoke production system: overseeing the seamless workflow of every creative project means that no material leaves the workroom without her seal of approval.

Digital Transformation

Craig is a highly skilled digital strategist, certified in Digital Disruption from Cambridge University. He began his career in technology and web development before branching out into the arcane world of search engine optimisation, content strategy and e-commerce. The shift from ‘old world’ commercial processes, or ‘first-generation’ online platforms, to new end-to-end digital experience is probably the most pressing issue for most businesses. Craig’s practical, feet-on-the-ground approach to digital strategy helps clients negotiate the complex opportunities and challenges of 21st century ‘digital brands’.

Creative Design

Originally from Belfast, Helen studied Creative Advertising at Leeds Arts University and graduated with a first-class degree. As a brilliant art director and designer, she loves a challenge. She puts her creative mind to the most demanding briefs and always delivers. When she’s not thinking up fresh and exciting ideas for clients, she paints watercolours and aspires to globe-trot like Evie Robinson of the Nomadness Travel Tribe.

Graphic Design

Designer Pav comes to wind-chilled Edinburgh from the scenic and forest-rich Baltic nation of Latvia. He brings his endless enthusiasm to our drawing table, along with a keen eye for detail and his passion for branding and packaging design. Always up for new challenges, Pav loves to garden and grows delicious tomatoes in his free time.

Digital Activation

Lauren is responsible for Digital Activation. Coming from a background of competitive athletics, she knows how to transfer her varied talents to her professional ambitions. She has a keen interest in communication, media and the latest social media trends. In her spare time, Lauren loves to design clothes, write short stories and create an array of photo and video content on a mix of online platforms.
