Lou began her career in film. She was Senior Editor at a leading film studio before switching roles to project management. She has produced work for major UK and global businesses such as Aviva, CFA Institute, Moet Hennessy, Scottish Widows, SSE and Seafish. Her role includes ensuring excellent production values and on-budget delivery. Lou has won awards for the films she has produced and is especially proud of the global “Best of Health’ film award for NHS Education.

A founding director of the UK’s first fully integrated agency, Pete has 30 years’ experience in creative industries on both sides of the Atlantic. With over 100 industry awards in advertising, digital, brand & design, he was previously executive creative director in New York, and is one of the UK’s most experienced creative professionals. He has spoken on creativity at the Edinburgh International Festival and the RSA in London.

Digital Account Direction
Zoe is a highly experienced account director with a strong international track record in strategy, planning, activation and reporting. Prior to returning to Scotland, she worked with a global, US-based agency. She was previously an account director at OMD in London, one of the UK’s largest media agencies. Her experience ranges from B2C to B2B clients – using full stack marketing technology with a data-driven approach. Her skills include digital media planning & buying across Biddable Media; Programmatic & Display; Ecommerce Management; Google stack certified and audience planning and research tools such as TGI, Comscore etc. She has high level experience in the travel sector and in lead generation.

Art Direction
Brodie took a roundabout journey to advertising. He originally studied fine art at Duncan of Jordanstone and then went on to try his hand at illustration, curation and even a spell as a tattoo apprentice. Once he discovered the Creative Advertising Masters course at Edinburgh Napier he fell in love. Three months into the course he won the DMA Breakthrough award. He loves exciting, unexpected work with a strong sense of fun.

Sian is an experienced writer and content creator with a background in fashion and beauty. After graduating from Central Saint Martins, Sian turned her natural knack for writing to content direction for a range of established brands. Bringing her creative vision and strategic approach to every project, Sian is committed to developing compelling campaigns and delivering results. When she’s not brainstorming big ideas, you’ll find her penning feature articles or flexing her artistic side with ceramics.
Media Strategy
Graham is media expertise personified. With decades of media experience, he has a commanding grasp of the intricacies of the modern media landscape – and a knack for driving powerful results from clear strategies. He has won multiple media awards and holds IPA certificates in Advertising Regulation and Commercial Agreements. He has spearheaded effective negotiation for too many major clients to mention.
His specialist subjects include insight, data analysis and audience segmentation.
Content Strategy
Elektra is an experienced strategist with a background in digital and social media. With wide experience in international marketing, she has worked in the luxury automotive, technology, education, insurance, and retail sectors. She uses research-driven decision-making to help create great work and foster strong relationships. Elektra speaks five languages, and takes inspiration from different cultural influences and art.
Customer Strategy
Christopher is a senior CX specialist. He created Lexden as an independent consultancy which measures behavioural change. Christopher seeks objective solutions which are purposeful and creative. His approach has attracted major UK and international clients such as The Coop Bank, Hiscox, More Th>n, UCL and Syngenta and helped take their Customer Experience to a new level. He writes for CX magazine and judges the Customer Strategy Awards.

A Belfast native and creative powerhouse, Helen thrives on turning complex briefs into captivating solutions. With a First-Class degree in Creative Advertising from Leeds Arts University, she taps into an endless well of creativity (and mood boards) to bring bold concepts to life. Always looking ahead to new developments in web technology, Sam’s extensive experience managing and implementing web projects allows him to deliver excellent results, on time and on budget.

Shona is an expert digital studio manager with over 10 years’ experience in design for print and digital. Working for both design agencies and client-side, she has amassed in-depth skills in visual communication, brand management and high-quality production. When her fingers are not flying over the keyboard, Shona can be found running, or even crawling, over muddy fields in pursuit of ‘military fitness’.

Having worked in advertising, account management and production, Sam brings over twenty years of invaluable experience and communication expertise to the table. Her indispensable role can be best described as the traffic controller in the agency’s hub-and-spoke production system: overseeing the seamless workflow of every creative project means that no material leaves the workroom without her seal of approval.

Business Strategy
Chris is our senior business strategist and has a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and optimizing marketing spend for our clients. He has over three decades of US client-side marketing director and agency account management experience. Chris joined the digital marketing revolution early on and has been instrumental in leading clients into the future. He has strong expertise in financial services and B2B marketing, focused on producing profitable business outcomes. Chris writes for Branding magazine, is an avid fisherman, and uneven yet enthusiastic golfer.
Organisational Development
Mary has worked in both the private and public sectors with roles as a marketing, project or change manager. Her marketing experience in the drinks and finance sectors, and project and business change experience in the public sector, give her wide-ranging capabilities. She has worked on major transformation and innovation projects from customer first and digital services to business improvement and property rationalisation, all including a focus on people and culture change.

Financial Direction
Helen has over twenty years’ experience working in major advertising agencies. She has developed expertise in all the disciplines required to ensure the smooth operation of the all-important Finance function. At home with accounting software and clients’ own systems, she is adaptable to the needs of different contracts. Helen looks to help where she can, working to avoid issues and quick to resolve any that may arise. If she hasn’t walked 15,000 steps a day she feels lazy: the only thing that might stop her going to the gym would be a dinner invite from Rod Stewart.
Experiential Producer
Barra is one of the UK’s leading experiential producers, having previously worked with world-renowned production company PunchDrunk. His ‘Deadinburgh’ project won “best experiential event’ and Chairman’s Award at the Scottish Event Awards as well as the UK prize for public engagement in science from NCCPE.
Design
Coming from a background in product design, Mya brings a diverse skillset to Always Be Content. Passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach, she’s always creating captivating content for clients, whatever the brief. Mya is passionate about all things design and creative advertising. When she’s not producing visual comms, you’ll find her welding metal work or stuck in a good book.
